This book was published in 1912, written by James Boyle (1853-1939), born in England, but emigrated to the United States when he was 17 years old. He was the Private Secretary to William McKinley, Governor of Ohio, who later becamer 25th U.S. President. Boyle was later the American consul to the British city of Liverpool.
