Had an Austrian father and Japanese
mother, and was a
thoroughbred aristocrat whose ancestors
had been
amongst the best-stock of many a
European nation. No Jewish ancestors,
but he was clearly an immense fan
of the Jews. He included amongst his
many acquaintances, gruelpropagandists Einstein
and Thomas Mann.
In 1925 he published Praktischer
Idealismus (Practical
Idealism), in which he
envisioned a future Europe inhabited
by Eurasian-Negroids, ruled by Jews,
the spiritual aristocrats, who, he
confirmed, were then ruling Bolshevik
Russia:

Der Mensch der fernen Zukunft wird Mischling sein. Die heutigen Rassen und Kasten werden der zunehmenden Überwindung von Raum, Zeit und Vorurteil zum Opfer fallen. Die eurasisch-negroide Zukunftsrasse, äußerlich der altägyptischen ähnlich, wird die Vielfalt der Völker durch eine Vielfalt der Persönlichkeiten ersetzen.
The man of the distant future will be a mongrel. The races and castes of today will fall victim to the conquest of space, time and prejudice. The Eurasian-Negroid race of the future, outwardly similar to the Ancient Egyptians, will replace the diversity of peoples with a diversity of individuals. (pp.22-23)

Russian Bolshevism constitutes a decisive step towards this goal, where a small group of communist spiritual aristocrats govern the land [...] The general staff of both parties [Communist and Capitalist] is recruited from the spiritual leader race (Führerrasse) of Europe: the Jews. (p.33)
Kein Wunder also, daß dieses Volk, dem Ghetto-Kerker entsprungen, sich zu einem geistigen Adel Europas entwickelt. So hat eine gütige Vorsehung Europa in dem Augenblick, als der Feudaladel verfiel, durch die Judenemancipation eine neue Adelsrasse von Geistes Gnaden geschenkt.
No wonder then, that these people, who escaped the ghetto-prison, developed into a spiritual nobility of Europe. A gracious providence provided Europe, at the moment when the feudal aristocracy fell into disrepair, with a new race of nobility through spiritual grace, thanks to Jewish emancipation. (p.50)
